Is This Role Right For You?

This is a well-rewarded, target-driven position for:

  • experienced face-to-face fundraisers,

  • utilities and telecoms sales professionals,

  • direct sales representatives,

  • high-performing field sales individuals looking to apply their skills in a more meaningful and rewarding environment.


The Role

As a Professional Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will represent leading air ambulance, hospice and children’s charities through door-to-door and venue fundraising campaigns and inspire long-term monthly support from their local community.

We want you if you are:

  • confident speaking with people,

  • self-motivated and resilient,

  • professional in their communication and presentation,

  • and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

Before starting, you will learn about the charity you’ll represent so you can become a genuine ambassador for the cause and feel proud of the work you do.


Salary and Benefits

Employed Package

  • Basic salary circa £31,200

  • Realistic OTE £40k–£50k+

  • Strong commission structure

Self-Employed Package

  • Realistic OTE £50k–£60k+
