We’re seeking a highly motivated, great communicator to work in Cornwall, leading a team of face-to-face charity fundraisers. The successful candidate will be able to grow, develop and support the team within the region to maximise performance whilst upholding our values and operating within a framework of compliance and social responsibility.  

This is a field-based role operating within Cornwall. Your team will be going door-to-door and at private sites such as supermarkets and events, asking the public to donate £5 to £10 a month and help fund the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust that save lives locally.

The successful applicant will work for our fundraising partner LFS in the field and at home. As a vital part of the Cornwall Air Ambulance Team, you will regularly visit our headquarters and airbase so you can meet the Pilots and Emergency Team and be part of our amazing charity.

THE ROLE

  • Basic salary £30k per annum with performance bonus
